TITRE II: DISPOSITIONS RELATIVES A LA › Chapitre II: Obligations et responsabilités de l'investigateur et du promoteur

Le promoteur est tenu d'informer, dans l'immédiat, l'administration de tout événement grave indésirable susceptible d'être imputé à la recherche.
