TITRE III: LES POSITIONS STATUTAIRES DES MAGISTRATS › Chapitre II: Le détachement

Le magistrat détaché supporte la retenue sur salaire correspondant à son grade et à son échelon statutaire dans son service d’origine, conformément au régime des pensions civiles.
